Gampaha District Judge Indika Kalinga Upawansa yesterday lifted the enjoining order on Fonterra, which prevented the company from selling, distributing or advertising its products. When the case filed by the Government Nursing Officers’ Association was taken up, the Judge, after considering arguments from both sides, vacated the enjoining order.
