Pursuant to a complaint by Red Bull AG, Customs has detained a shipment containing the infringing ‘Kratingdaeng’ Red Bull Gold Can product of Thailand. In a recent wave of action Red Bull is preventing importers of the unauthorised Kratingdaeng product from importing, distributing, marketing and selling the Kratingdaeng product imported from various sources in Thailand and Vietnam.
