Humaiza Thassim

Humaiza Thassim is an associate in the Real Estate and Conveyancing team, she joined Sudath Perera Associates in March 2022 as an intern and qualified as an Associate in 2023. Having graduated with an LLB from the University of London, she was called to the bar in July 2023.

Humaiza works with long standing clients of the Real Estate and Conveyancing team assisting with all matters relating to the selling, purchasing, and leasing of commercial real estate as well as private transactions throughout Sri Lanka. She is tailored to serve specific client needs by identifying issues of concern to clients. Her practice also focuses on all aspects of business and private taxation for a broad range of clients including industry sectors.
