Eresha is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Law Department.

Background & Expertise

Eresha specialises in regulatory and compliance matters, with experience advising multinational corporations (with headquarters in jurisdictions such as the USA, Japan, and India) as well as local enterprises across a broad range of industries.

Her practice centres on regulatory compliance and corporate advisory work. She regularly provides legal opinions and strategic guidance on matters relating to consumer affairs, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, mining, manufacturing, shipping and logistics, and tourism.

Eresha also has transactional experience, particularly in preparing comprehensive due diligence and red-flag reports for clients across various industries.

Eresha joined Sudath Perera Associates in 2019 and is a lifetime member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL). She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and an M.B.A. from Cardiff Metropolitan University. She was enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2019.
