The American Chamber of Commerce conducted and awareness programme on the dangers of counterfeits and fakes in the market and their danger to the public at larger. Speaking at the function, Director of Consumer Affairs and Information, Chandrika Thilakaratne said that there is a heavy cost to counterfeiting.
